Bruiser LugNuts
So, I just got my RZR a couple days ago, and was finally able to take it out today. All was going great for a couple hours, until it started bouncing up and down.
Lo and Behold, we had lost 3 lugnuts off the front passenger 14" bruiser tire. We used our little tool to try to get a lugnut off one of the other tires to stabilize the passenger tire, but all that did was bend and mess up the tool in the tool kit. The other lugnuts were on so tight we weren't able to get them off.
My husband had to walk/run a mile to get help to drive him back to camp to get the truck and trailer, while I sat in the RZR with the wind blowing for nearly an hour. We tried to find the missing lugnuts but we weren't able too....
I've even tried to look online, and can't even find a place to get JUST the lugnuts.... anyone have any suggestions?
Tip of the day: check all your lugnuts before you go out to play

You can get them here. ATV Outfitters generally has the best prices on accessories, wheels and tires.

That's for aluminum wheels with acorn lug nuts. The stock wheels aren't near as much. I have to carry a small sleeve to make my socket wrench longer if I have to change them on the trail.

Re: Bruiser LugNuts
Jim 90ft lbs seems pretty stout for a 10mm bolt. I would have guessed 60-65ft lbs. Not to mention the "tool" that Polaris gives you for doing the job would be severly tested at that load (read Bloody knuckles ). I wonder if Polaris may have a typo in the manual.

I agree, but I followed the manual, and with a torque wrench and gritting my teeth. I torqued them to 90 ft lbs. They didn't strip or break.
