Wheel Hubs

I have been reading about some of you guys breaking wheel hubs. I have owned my RZR for about 6 weeks now and I am making my rounds fixing all the problems. I have not yet had the RZR out with "the guys" riding hard. Most of my riding so far has been with the kids.
I went ahead and purchase some billet wheel hubs from Fireball Racing. The second wheel I took off this is what I found. WOW I can not believe the stock hub is that fragile.

I believe those are OMFs. Good looking wheel.
Did your hub just come apart when you pulled it off?

Yes, they are OMF beadlocks. They are Maxxis Bighorns.
Yes, the hub was already broken when I went to change them. Just pulled it off and it left the broken part behind. I didnt even know it was broken. I am telling you, it broke with VERY moderate riding, CRAP!

Re: Wheel Hubs

I bought them from Fireball Racing. The contact number is on the hub in the one picture. I paid around $725.00 for all four. I thought it was a great deal.

if you order those wheels from Bones at OMF they will powdercoat or polish them any color you want. i have a set and had them powdercoat them Polaris RZR green and white. dont forget to order the cheap scalloped mud covers for the wheels, they save your wheel from filling up with mud.

Re: Wheel Hubs

The billet hubs themselves are red from Fireball Racing. I am not sure about them being able to change the color. You would have to call and ask. As far as the wheels you can have OMF powdercoat them any color you want. The red huds went great with my color scheme.
