28" Outlaws??and F2 racing??

1.Would 28/9.5"s Laws with a 1.5" spacers rub?
2.Do I need a lift to run this combo?
3.Does anyone have any feedback on the F2 Airbox?
4. Does it cause clearance issues with tires?
5. What is the biggest tire height/width I can run on complete stock rzr?
