Rubbing issues?

What is the biggest you can go on tires and rims without rubbing on anything else.

If I have 14" wheels, am I going to have to put on spacers?

Re: Rubbing issues?

Depends if your new rims are off-set. I have 27" Big Horns and the spacers are a must for the rear. the fronts also have spacers and they still rub a liitle on the fire wall, so I would probably go with 26" tires and you will not have that problem.

Re: Rubbing issues?

Yeah, you'll need spacers for sure. On the rear left you might be ok, the 27" Big Horns will rub, but the motor mount on the right side will hit the tire, so a spacer is a must. I have 2", I think you can get away with 1.5" spacers.

Re: Rubbing issues?

I got ya, you're right you shouldn't if the off set of the rim is 1.5" or more.
