29.50-10x12 Swap Lites All Around

JUST INSTALLED 29.50-10X12 SO THE TIRES SIZE IS THE SAME FRONT AND REAR. I was just wondering, the front tires look alot taller than the rears. Is this going to be ok or am i going to screw something up.
They are on stock rims and I would say the difference is about 1/2 inch.
thanks drew

you'll have pleanty of power for those. I run 30" mudlites and they are the same way the front looks taller than the back. You want hurt anything.

So you just flipped the rims to make them a little wider? Right on. Those are 30" wow they look great. Nice that is what i am looking to buy, but with the rumors of Polaris coming out with a HO 850 RZR in Late July, i might just have to wait for the big Dog!

Re: 29.50-10x12 Swap Lites All Around

Thats weird, my 29.50 will not fit on the front, rubs like crasy on the inner fender. The 3 inch lift should cure that though.

Re: 29.50-10x12 Swap Lites All Around

well got the tires on and took out for the first ride. We'll just say that these tires are not what I would consider road worthy as they seem to whobble alot. Anybody else experience this with swaplites or any other mud tire.

any heavy mud tire rides like that. However some better than others. Mine seem to be fine even at 40mph.

Re: 29.50-10x12 Swap Lites All Around

checked with the people I purchased the tires from and said it is a common problem and they are sending me a new tire. Only one of the tires shakes really bad, will almost pull the wheel out of your hands.

Re: 29.50-10x12 Swap Lites All Around

I'm running 31 inch outlaws with a clutch kit plenty of power
The ride at 40 or below is better with the outlaws than the 28 inch mudlites i just took off
With 3'' of lift you should clear 29.50 with no problems my 31's barely scrub with that much lift heres a few pic 17 1/2 inches of ground clearance
