50" ?
What wheel/tire combo can I use and still stay 50" wide. I do a lot of trail riding in colorado and it just fits between the poles at the trail heads.

Can't be done unless you use the
stock wheels.

Re: 50" ?
I live in CO and I just remount the stockers when I know I'm going on those trails. Nothing that hairy scary that I need my Bighorns on them.
Only takes 20 mins to swap them out.

Re: 50" ?
You won't exceed 50" if you use the stock steel rims or the 12" 8-spoke Polaris aluminum rims with 10" tires. I'm running 11" rears and I'm at 51" but I wanted the look of the fat tires.

Re: 50" ?
RZRROB I'm curious as to the overall track width as well. Pics look great, nice mods. Good balance on the wheels/tires. Care to share both tire and wheel sizes--front and rear?
tnx

Re: 50" ?
I've been looking at the Douglas .190 thick Aluminum wheels on Rockymountainatv.com. They have 12x6 for the front and 12x8 for the rear and will fit your stock tires. I ride a combo of dunes and trails so I too want to stay 50" wide. Take a look but I think the Douglas wheels are like $85 clams each. I use Douglas wheels on my quad and they look good and are very durable. So there's a bit-o-info for ya!

Re: 50" ?
I bought a set of Polaris 14" "crusher" wheels with the Gooodyear tires. My track width increased 3" in front and 6" in the rear! When I'm going somewhere with 50" barriers I run the stock wheels/tires and swap to the larger setup when I go out to the open desert.

I stopped and measured one day at the trail head and there's no way I'd have room. There was barely an inch on each side with the stock setup. There's probably a bit of variation from location to location as far as the barriers go.
