What do these numbers mean?

Front: 12x7 5+2
Rear: 12x7 5+2

Im looking for some rims for my standard Rzr to put stock rubber on for now I will upgrade tires later.So what does the 5+2 mean?Also what size should I run front and back 12X?
Im running a 3 inch lift and plan on progressive springs also.

12x7 means 12" diameter and 7" wide.
The 5+2 is the offset. So there would be 5" of wheel inside the hub and 2" outside the hub for 7" total.

12" is the most popular and there are lots of tires available.
A 26x10x12 tire would be 26" in diameter, 10" wide, and fit on a 12" wheel.
