Rim weight

I am looking to buy some wheels/rims for my RZR but am interested in getting some that are atleast as light or lighter than than the stock black steel wheels. I plan on keeping my stock tires for now. I actually have 2 sets of stock wheels and tires. Would any body know the weight of a stock wheel? I kinda like the ITP c 4's.

Re: Rim weight

I use a "fish scale" for that stuff in my shop. You can buy one cheap at any sporting goods store, all you do is hang the set up from the scale and you got your numbers. I run the stock tires for ice racing in Alaska (in the winter) and when it actually gets to summer here I run 14 ITP XTR's on Polaris aluminum wheels. I will have to say I prefer the larger tires in the summer, but they do rob a little power.

Re: Rim weight

That happens a lot. I think that the Search button probably needs to be in a more conspicious place. Maybe flashing.
