I bought my rzr last year and my tires started rubbing on the front fenders about 4 months in to my riding and is only getting worse. I am running 27x10x14 and 27x12x14 mudlite xtr tires. I also have a 3" roktech lift with spring spacers. I thought it was unusual for them to rub especially with the lift but the dealership says that there is nothing wrong with my ride other than the fact that i need to downsize my tires to 26", i think different. Can someone comfirm my thoughts who are running 27" tires on 14" inch rims or give me any helpful info on the topic. Plz and thank you
I have 27x12x12 and 27x10X12 on my RZR and there is no way that they will rub on the fender. With a 2" lift the tires still look small in the wheel wells.
it's all that mud build up....lol
but ya with tire wear you would think it would be less not more unless your springs are saging...or as im sure mike would say or you butt is getting bigger
You should be clearing 27s no problem with a 3" lift I had no rubbing with 28s and a 2" racertech lift. You might want check your spring they mey be sagging with age I know highlifter springs helped mine alot.
ya you guys might be right about the springs,at least it is something to check its just kinda odd the dealership would not come up with checking that though
I'd say it depends on the 27" tire you are running then. With all the peeps stating they won't rub. I started off with 27's added a 2" lift then wer's set at 2" sag and they would rub if you were turning and they compressed 4 to 5 inches even on slow speed stuff about every time. My avater has the 27" on it. I traded down to 26" and they don't rub now.
