Will other Polaris wheels fit the RZR & a couple more?'s?

Hey all, I'm new this this RZR thing and to Polaris for that matter. I've got a few questions.

1) What is the bolt pattern for the stock RZR wheels & what other Polaris wheels will fit the RZR?

2) I was doing some trail riding Sunday and found that going down hill there is no motor braking? Is this normal? I tried in low and high.

3) For those of you using wheel spacers, are you getting any bump steer?

Thanks for the replies!
Shane

Shane the bolt pattern is 4X156...yes the other polaris wheels will fit...tap the accelerator (give it a slight amt of fuel quickly and let off) when you are going down hill, when the RZR sees the rpm's come up slightly the braking or gearing will kick in...don't know about spacers

Re: Will other Polaris wheels fit the RZR & a couple more?'s?

Welcome aboard the RZR forums!

1) What is the bolt pattern for the stock RZR wheels & what other Polaris wheels will fit the RZR?

the bolt pattern is 4/156, there is quite a few polaris wheels that will fit it.

2) I was doing some trail riding Sunday and found that going down hill there is no motor braking? Is this normal? I tried in low and high.

My dealer told me there wasn't an engine brake because with the compression in the engine it was too much. So they didn't put an EBS on it. Just what I heard, not real sure.

3) For those of you using wheel spacers, are you getting any bump steer?

I have 1.75" wheel spacers on mine that go from 4/156 to 4/110 so I can run wheels with the rhino bolt pattern. I haven't gotten to ride it since I put them on so I can't really answer this.

If you do a search on here, there is already quite a bit of topics on here about wheel spacers.

Thanks for the replies! Whats the point of going with the Rhino bolt pattern?

Thanks again

Yeah I just went with the Rhino bolt pattern so I could run the ITP Chrome SS112's. They don't offer those wheels in a 4/156 bolt pattern. They offer the SS112 Sport Wheel, just not the chrome one. So if you switch to the 4/110 bolt pattern like johnny said, there is more choices.

when me and my dealer were looking at the clutch on his micro-fish we notice that there is no ebs. this is one of the things that make the clutch vary different from the sportsman 800.
