Re: RZR Frame Reinforcement Tubes

Hey Johnny,

I just ordered those tubes online from you I noticed another frame gusset kit, where does that go and what is it for.

I normally don’t jump my RZR but my Teenagers drive it sometimes so need I say more – also I ride hard in the Desert and fast and do get little air on fire roads just because I am clicking along at 45- 55 miles an hour.

So the question is do I need it ? and how many pieces are there ? and where do they go ?, and do you have pics. ? OK so there are 4 questions

Some Gussets Support The A-arm And Some Support The Shock Tower, Just Depending On Where You Are Wanting The Most Strength

Where are you drilling the holes to do the tack weld at? or does it matter?
You also said a screw will work?

Re: RZR Frame Reinforcement Tubes

2009 Kits are instock they also fit the RZR S Model these kits are all chromoly tube not the cheaper mild steal when installing the kit the two tubes with white paint on them go in the front lower tubes remove all the skidplate screws on the front two thirds of the skid plate and just let it hang down tap the tubes into the front tubes and throw a small tack weld to hold them inplace if you have a welder if not drill a couple of small pilot holes thru the stock tubes and the reinforcement tubes and put a self tapping screw in to hold them in place...on the rear the two longer tubes slide right in the bottom stock frome tubes when you slide them in if you still have the stock brake line clamp screws inplace the reinforcement tubes will only slide in about 8 inches no big deal here just grab the hammer and one swift wack the tubes will slide right in shearing off the break line screws in the frame but they will still hold the break lines just fine ....the two shorter tubes slide in the top two rear tubes youll need a torx socket to remove the 4 screws on the plastic that is infront of the tubes in your way also on the rzr s model you need to remover the rear half of the cage its no big deal its not heavy .........

Ya, ordered an LSR gusset kit from Steve which was very helpfull and said he would call and not charge my card before the order shipped. Well, guess it shipped, no call, card charged and what looks like full retail!

Not to sure they are giving forum discounts anymore.

Oh well, looking forward to receiveing the parts and i would rather support a company that is on these boards.

Thanks!

Re: RZR Frame Reinforcement Tubes

JM,

I rang the order up that Steve took over the phone the other day. He didnt notate a forum member any where on there. Nor did he tell me not to charge it before I called you or to call before I shipped. I normally tell a customer if an item is not in stock, that we will charge the card on file when the item arrives and it will ship the same day.

I am sorry that the order was rung up differently than you were told by one of the employees here.

I will credit your card back the difference of $6.25 to the card we have on file.

Sorry again for any problems or issues you have had with UTV CRAP.

Unless you state you are a forum member, we do not know. We have thousands of customers and not all of them are on a forum. (Not saying you didnt tell Steve, he just didnt notate it, this is just an open reminder for anyone who reads this)

Not a problem at all! I did mention the forum to Steve but things happen! Thanks for taking the time to call and reply, i was just a bit suprised this morning when i checked my bank. Steve was very professional over the phone and maybe just forgot? Like i stated before, no problem and will recommend your company to anyone in need of UTV parts!

Thanks,
John
