best way s to weld it, but all you need to make sure they dont slide out.

Re: RZR Frame Reinforcement Tubes

I would rather weld them in but will have to borrow a trailer to take it to work.
My toyhauler is too big unless the students are gone.

Re: RZR Frame Reinforcement Tubes

Can the bottom skid plate just be dropped at the rear or does it have to come all the way off?

Re: RZR Frame Reinforcement Tubes

I put the tubes in a gen 3 and just took off the skid plate and tapped the tubes in and welded.

Re: RZR Frame Reinforcement Tubes

lift it up and with a 3/8 socket you can remore the factory skid plates installing you front tubes. on the rear instead of fighting my brake line bolts I just slid in nice and smooth until I reached the bolt and WHAM with a hammer quick hard and fast, brake line still bolted in tapped gently in to place and put a few welds on everything to keep in place. piece of cake.
