Minnesota trail recommendations

Ok guys its almost here the memorial weekend ride. What's everyone's plan on when they are heading up? I will be heading down to motoalliance in Rogers Friday about noon to pick the Rzr up and head back right away to hopefully avoid the traffic heading up. Depending on how warm it is ill either pitch a tent Friday night and hang out with the guys who come up fri. Or if its still chilly at night might just stay at my gmas on oak lake. Still on the table if ill be staying over night Saturday or not. Going to play it as it goes.

Re: Minnesota trail recommendations

I am leaving work at 5 pm on friday and coming to the sandpit with a truck and camper. We usually spend some time at the casino on friday night or sunday night. If ppl are planning on coming friday night we can have a bon fire at the sand pit. The tentative ride plans are as follows. Sat - start the ride between 11 and noon, take the 35 mile willard munger trail to duxbury, mn then jump on the gandy dancer trail for 8-10 miles to get to st croix state forest, do the 40 mile st croix loop, Eat lunch and refuel at danbury WI, then take the gandy dancer and willard munger back to the sandpit at nemadji. Sunday - ride some loops and trails at nemadji, yellow birch trail continental divide trail. eat lunch at duquette mn and refuel. then hit a trail at the north end of nemadji.

I plan on being there Friday. Not a casino guy but feel free to go if you guys want I don't mind sitting in the woods. I'm just going to bring my enclosed trailer and generator to sleep in Friday. May just load up Saturday night and head home. Or I might take off in the am. I have the fiancées bday Sunday so won't be doing Sunday ride. You guys usually haul extra fuel on the rzr's?
