On the XP4 with the 8" wheel and 1.5" spacer.

Thanks for the post Jeff. They seem to match up pretty well. Just what you were looking for.

I finally have everything mounted. Headed to the dunes next week.

These are stock wheels with 1.5" spacers.

Re: RZR XP 900 Paddle Tire "101"

How do you like them? I don't have paddles yet and I'm trying to find a good type. Can you PM me the price and where you got them from. Could you tell the difference?

I just go home from the dunes today and the front buffs were a big improvement over the rear paddles with just the stock front Bighorns. Those fronts stayed on top of the sand no matter what. The only thing is that they are so wide that to run them on the stock wheels that I already had lying around I had to run 1" spacers to keep them from rubbing the shock. But most people would run them on an offset aftermarket wheel anyways.

Re: RZR XP 900 Paddle Tire "101"

I have the Big buffs up front and some Skats 8 Paddles from Greg. Hands down the best set up I have ran. The car floats everywhere. I have two buddies that have 9 skats and they run just fine. We havent had time to race yet. They get plenty of grip when side hill duning. The 8's, I didnt have any probs at all on the side hills. They do pull harder on the hills due to scooping less sand then the 9's(keeping RPMS up). Greg also gave me a new set of 7 paddles to try out my last trip. But ended up leaving them at the house. I have these and so do my friends mounted on Hiper wheels. These rims are crazzzy light. They have great customer service. Good thing about these rims, if you move to a different maker of sxs, you just need to buy the inner wheel plate. Thats it! Swap the plate and you have your set of tires for your next car! One thing you have to remember with these rims, is you need to re tq them down. Being a bead lock rim, you get great side wall hold without the worries of rolling a bead. I use to roll beads all the time and it was forcing me to run more PSI. Now I just set them at 8psi and off I go. I find that anything less then 8psi, the inside of the tire starts to brake down.

Greg is a great guy to deal with and knows his stuff. He will take the time and talk to you just about anything. Thanks again Greg for all the help on getting my car ready for this years Glamis dune season.

I too bought mine from Greg. He is great. I have the buffs and nine paddles. I like them alot.

Success is not final, failure is not fatal. It is the desire to continue that counts.
