Re: Anyone Braking Axles

I have personally broken 3 axles. It seems I may be a little hard on my RZR but, I think it should hold up since its designed to offroad. So far, I've had 1 axle twist the tube completely off and the other 2 completely shatter the rear inner CV joint.

It has been at stock height with Lone Star Racing Long travel suspension since the day I got it.

Re: Anyone Braking Axles

The kit comes with just the axle shafts. I rebuilt them everytime they broke but, it just happened again and again. I ended up buying extended gorilla axle assemblies. So far it been good.

what are you doing when you break... are you in the throttle when landing from a jump or from hard cornering...?

Re: Anyone Braking Axles

I've been in a jump on the throttle every time. I've had the gorilla axles in for a couple of weeks with no problems so far.
