Frame Weld Washers

Hey Guys I Dont Know If Anybody Else Has Had This Prob But After About 200mi My Frame Holes Were The Arms Mount Started To Get Out Of Round So I Had My Buddy Make Me Some Weld Washers, Now The Bolt Rides On About 1/4 In Of Steel. Ill Try To Put Some Pics Up

good thinking, we also offer a billet bolt on frame gusset kit for the RZR

my upper rear a arms at the nuckle is starting, was thinking the same thing,good cheap fix thanks mtnmike

Cool. Will this front gusset kit interfere with a winch? I just can't picture a bolt-on bulkhead for the front that can go around a winch & still be effective...?

My Buddy Made These They Are A Little Pricy But He Did Make Them Out Of 304 Stainless, From What I Am Told It Has A 70% Better Were Than Steel But He Is Selling Them For $105 For All 20 Washers

We found the same problem and it was from the hole in the A-arm tab being to large for the bolt causing the A-arm to walk around and booger up the hole. That washer kit is a great idea!!
