Re: Cheap suspension with good results

Should be able to pick up a nice used set of ATV shocks for at most $200 a pair. Get 2 at 16" and 2 at 18". Then buy new springs to fit for about$75/pr (ATV or sled springs will be way too weak). Stock rate is 100# front and 150# rear. Be picky, patient and persistent and you could get set up for under $500. Lots of luck will also be required...

Sorry I can't offer any success stories. Never got off the ground with this plan so I caved in & bought the Walker Evans Rzr shocks for $1275/set of 4.

you would be better off in the long run saving up some bucks to get what you want.......You don't want to do it twice.

That seems like a good idea until I can save a up alittle more $$$ for a quality kit. I just bought suspension seats but I'm thinking maybe I should of put that $1200 towards suspension. I was hoping to get away with $1200 or less for decent performing shocks. My stock shocks are on their last leg...

Ebay and Craigslist are great ideas too. Thanks!

Re: Cheap suspension with good results

I checked their website recently and these are only listed for Rhino's , not RZR's... Anybody know if they'll fit anyway?
