Re: THE BEST
this question will be asked a million times. and it all comes down to customer service if you have any issues with it. for one i would buy a kit that is made and installed as close to you as possible, there is nothing like just stopping in and asking dumb questions or seeing how one is installed. and second i would look for a company that has a great customer service background and see if they have a "lifetime warranty" for thise dumb things we do in our rides. these forums are great for "research". also i would purchase a kit that has been raced and tested, watch for those guys that race with their rides and see what issues they are having.
but remember when you purchase a LT kit the ride might not be exactly what you want. you can always revalve the shocks and set them up for you exact riding style and terrain. these companys mostly set up their shocks for a generic terrain and it will take some fine tunning to get them dialed in. but once you invest the time to valve a shock properly you will be amazed in what you can do with your ride.
good luck on you adventure. remember, research research and ride in a few kits THEN purchase.

Take a good look at the FST kit it strengthens the frame with bolt in plates and mounts and the customer service is great we sell them or you can buy them direct from FST both will stop at nothing to make customers happy. There are pics of the complete kit at FST 4x4 Offroad Truck Fabrication Suspension Technology

Re: THE BEST
I'm picking up my RZR from Fabtech next Friday with their LT kit installed. Fabtech has been in the long travel business longer than most and has the resources that are tough to match. I rode in a prototype out in the Dez and it was plush to say the least
Check em out Fabtech Motorsports

Re: THE BEST
Some of you are talking about lifts, and others are talking about LT, or long travel kits.
LT kits are around 6k, depending upon what you're getting. I'm not sure what lifts cost, but I'm sure they're much less.
I have a fireball LT kit and I'd highly recomend it. I've put over 1000 miles on it without any problems. There are other good systems available for the RZR.
It's really exciting to see all of the aftermarket parts that are becoming available to us.

Re: THE BEST
Does the Fireball kit include frame gusseting? My understanding is going to a long travel requires gusseting of the RZR frame...
