Re: lift kit info?

Yes, I do have the Aluminum spacers on the top of the springs in the front. Along with that is the standard front & rear upper brackets moving the top of the shock out from the center of the bike and strengthening the frame some. It also lowers the sway bar connection in the front and you have to flip the sway bar in the rear. For the lower, I used the pyramid shaped (basically a shackle) lift to relocate to bottom of the shock in a higher position and in addition moving the lower front sway bar mount up a bit to keep it all in working order. Right now I have the shocks set on the lightest setting as the spring is already pretty well compressed to help with the ride quality which is still surprisingly good.

All that being said my only problem was the inner lug on my bigger tires hit the lower front sway bar joint at full turn on both the left and right sides even with one inch spacers @ the hubs. So the one inchers are going to the rear for added stability and two inch spacers are now for the front. I also plan to add a front stabilizer shock to help out on the bigger bumps jerking the steering wheel. That is not so much for me as it is my son when he drives it.

I had planned to put together a kit incorperating everything that I have done but there is so much competition out there I just don't know if it would be a good idea. Sharing the information however is a great idea and I hope that this helps you some.

I will take some pictures under the bike for you to see how it all came together and post them in a day or two. All in all it was a pretty easy mod to the bike, I was able to use a spring compressor and install both lifts at the same time and it only took a few hours to do.

From looking at the other pictures its hard to tell.
Do you have the Aluminum spacers on top of the springs that came with the xtreme lift? Can't really see them from the pictures posted.
Thanks,
Here you are, I hope these show what you are wanting to see. If not let me know and I will try again.

Re: lift kit info?

I was in
Circleville Utah this weekend, A guy had installed the 2" lift kit. It served the purpose, stopped almost all hitting high center. The front was a snap the rear he needed help with, he said it took a heavy friend. He installed them on the bottom of the shocks.

Re: lift kit info?

I almost forgot, he said he had to put spacers on the wheels to keep them from toeing in.
