I have some slop on my lower A arm bushings in my 2010 rzr. Is going with stock replacements sufficient, or is there an after market company that I should go with. Between me and my friends we have 3 rzr's, all appear to have lower a arm bushing wear, with rather low milage, is this common, and is there any solution. Thanks

Yes it is common. Go with the UTV Inc. complete Delrin bushing kit and you will solve that problem. http://www.rzrforums.net/utv-inc/150...-bushings.html

Racer Tech offers full Delrin replacement bushings as well as high precision pivot sleeves for al points of the RZR suspension. This has been an issue since the dawn of the RZR. We originally released the Delrin inner pivot bushings back in 07' (long before anyone else) and then followed up with a rear outer kit complete with bushings and new sleeves. We found out Polaris changed the material they were using for the sleeves in 09' which made the inner diameter too large for the M10 bolts that run through them. This caused extremely premature wear and elongation of the holes in the arms and the chassis tabs. We'd been doing high-precision replacement inner pivot sleeves on all of our race-prep machines in-house for years but after a lot of request we released the inner pivot sleeve kit to the public in 09'.

Nope. We discontinued that a long time ago due to complications with so many dealers... The "deal" we offer is the best parts for the money.
