FST Motorsports +6 Suspension!
I have done SOOOOO much research on the best suspension kit for my RZR. I have found that this is absolutely the best!
Did I mention they JUST won the Baha 500 with the FIRST UTV WITH THIS suspension kit on it? WOW! The first UTV to enter and they won it!
Well, I just ordered it. Ill keep you guys posted and send some pics of the job!
Their web site isnt so good. It doesnt tell you a lot about the suspension kit They are about to change it. I called them to find out about it and this is what they told me even though I already made up my mind. Cool People!
Polaris RZR FST Motorsports
This is the suspension kit on their web site.
I have ordered just about every modification I could for my RZR. When finished, I will take some pictures and list all the stuff.

Re: FST Motorsports +6 Suspension!
The last time I was in glamis, the camp next to us had a brand new rzr with a 6" fst long travel and within a couple of hours they had been there, they ripped the axle out of the gearbox. I wanted one, I thought I had my mind made up, but when I saw that and I changed my mind. Who knows it could of been their installation error. The way the guy was talking sounded like he had a shop and he sold their stuff.

Re: FST Motorsports +6 Suspension!
I believe that is the ONLY +8 on the market. As I have been researching its actually too much. From what I hear it doesnt handle as good. Its actually useless the +8. Again, this is only what I read and hear. I cannot make a personal observation of either yet, however I will only be able to comment on the installation and use of the FST. Again, the only reason I purchased it is because from my research I found it to be the best. They have a few videos on Youtube. Search for "FST Suspension".

the LSR +8 is working great for me. very stable in corners and tons of wheel travel. oh yeah lifetime warranty. its a new kit and pricey but there is a handfull of them out.

I love my Mafia kit... What kind of racing / driving are you going to do?
I think for the desert the FST kit is hot, but for the track it would not be my first choice.

Re: FST Motorsports +6 Suspension!
Pioneer, I have been running the FST kit since Last November 1800 miles on it now and I have to say it’s awesome. It will take a little time to break in but when it does it is unbelievable. I have driven four other kits and right out of the box they probably all ride a little nicer but in my opinion don't compare to FST after it is broke in.

Re: FST Motorsports +6 Suspension!
skibob, mine didn’t really start to feel broke in until around 500mi. Break in will be different depending on the riding you do. The harder you use it and get some heat into reservoirs the quicker it will start to feel smoother. As far as what it feels like when it is broke in I have to say mine just floats threw whoops and is best in harsh desert conditions.

Re: FST Motorsports +6 Suspension!
right now it is hard to hit the woops and get on top, there is not much of the travel used. the wife will not even go out in the forest with it . real hard on rocks, bought for a nicer ride than stock. will it be plush after break in.

It will get better after 500 to 700 miles on the kit if you still feel it is to stiff at that point give me a call and I can work with Torrey for you. There are 3 different set ups for the shocks if you are riding more low speed stuff we can change it.

If the arms were still in the car and the axles came out it is definately instalation error.

Re: FST Motorsports +6 Suspension!
It seems weird to me that a suspension system has to break in for 500 to 700 hundred miles what is the reason for this? i understand everything has to break in all the bushing and valves on the shocks and the race ways polish smoother ect. but 500 miles?
