front suspension noise
It seems that there is a clanking noise coming from somewhere in the front when the tires leave the ground and come back down - almost like a shock is loose, I thought it might be the sway bar also, but can't find anything loose! It makes noise even when traveling slow over rough terrain and a wheel is carried off the ground. I can't see any broken welds either. Anyone else got this noise??

Mine dose the same thing, drivers side I think. Haven't checked it out yet, but it sounds like the shock banging at full extension.

Re: front suspension noise
I just jacked the front up and checked for play again, I could feel a little in the wheels, so I got out my 3' prybar and pry up on the wheels while on the jack, the friggin ball joints are smoked!!! I have 212 miles on this machine! Last weekend alone I put about 100mi on easy gravel rodes in northern nh!! Whats worse is I noticed this noise back when it had like 25mi on it. It has since gotten progressively worse. does NH have a lemon law that covers ATV's??? Nice concept polaris, but you sold me a piece of shit!!! I'll be calling the dealer tommorow for yet another warrantee issue - can't wait till the six month coverage is up - sounds like I'll be selling it then - any takers?

Re: front suspension noise
Mine had the same problem. I just had put full skids on it and it sounded like something was loose and hitting the skids when I was in some rough terrain and every once in a while when I would hit a bump. I would also feel it at my feet when I would make that noise. I took my skids off (not fun) and couldn't find anything loose. So then I just started grabbing anything and everything underneath and started jerking, shaking and hitting. What I found was that on the passenger side sway bar, there is a 2-piece bushing that holds it in place at the top and the upper bushing had come out. The sway bar was hitting the housing that holds the bushing in. Let me know if that helps.
