Re: clicking front axles
Generally a sign of a bad CV joint if it does it all the time. If you hear a slight click when going back and forth from forward to reverse it could be the brake pads moving in the calipers. That nothing to be concerned about, but a CV joint is. Torn boot?

Re: clicking front axles
Some guys are regreasing everything right down to the hub area and claiming success; yet this is a shot in the dark at best (although cheap insurance).

Re: clicking front axles
I had the same problem. It was a bad CV joint.
My dealer replaced the front axle shaft. Problem fixed. (for now)
My freinds RZR also had the same problem.
Front axle shafts seem to be a weak point.

Re: clicking front axles
I'm going to take mine to the dealer next friday for the airbox fix and I'm going to have them check out the clicking I'm having in the front. It looks like the axles are going to be problems on these things.

Re: clicking front axles
When I had mine apart, the stock front suspension allows the tires to steer to the point where the cv joint binds on the axles. My stock axles had marks from this binding. Fireball racing addressed this problem on my aftermarket kit, and after 700 modified miles I have no more clicking or popping noises.
They may sell the steering stops as a stand alone kit.

Re: clicking front axles
Alot of people have complained about the front clicking, and removing and re tightening of the front axel nut seems to fix the problem for most.

DITTO! After the installation of my LT kit the left front started making the sound. Removed the axle nut and retorqued the shit out of it and no more problem/noise.

I know three people who have Rhino's with LT and gorilla axles. They have all gotten rid of the gorillas and gone back to the stock cv joints with extended axles, made by the same company that makes the LT kit.
I just helped install a LT kit over the weekend on a RZR. We were not able to get the rear axles pulled out of the cv's. The front ones weren't that bad.
Everything that I took apart had pleanty of grease on it.
