I picked up my RZR after being at the Dealer for almost 3 weeks to be the front (Right Side) clicking/popping noise corrected. they replaced the Right Front Axel, and the noise id gone (for now).

I Did The Fix With Grease And Retork Noise Went Away.

mine was doing the same thing. took it to the local dealer, got a call today and was told they could not find anything out of the norm. with it. i called BULL $H1T. told them about this thread and the problems lots of other people are having. was told they would look into it further.
