Re: Rubberdown - Any Cons?

I had that clicking before I put 2 inches of Rubberdown on, since I installed the kit the clicking is less noticeable on one side and disappear all together on the other.

By no means am I saying that Rubberdown is a cure for the clicking that a lot of us are getting. (Sorry Paul).

While I was installing the kit I torque and grease everything in sight. I still have some noise in the front end but its getting better.

This is however just a suggestion before you go and spend a couple hundered on a new CV joint.
I'm going to be checking the axles tomorrow morning. I'll grease everything up, and then torque the nuts to 80 ft lbs.

Job done, and no more noise. I guess I would have to say that the manufacturing is a POS, and my dealer service/knowledge/desire to help someone who spends LOTS on atv's etc. is no different.
Thank you everyone for posting your findings, and helping us keep these awesome machines running IN SPITE OF Polaris and their unhelpful dealers.
