SPRINGS!
I know that the stock springs are kinda weak. I need/want to get new springs. Everybody I have talked to/read about is talking about the HL springs. Are there any other options, what are they, how do they compare, and are they worth it?

Re: SPRINGS!
I also installed the High Lifter when I was stock, they worked pretty good.
When I installed the AFCO's that were designed for my weights and riding style and then the ride was incredible!!
The suspension has got to be the single best mod you can do to the RZR, what a RIDE!!!
You can suck up the rocks the bumps as well as hit anything with MUCH improved speed and control.

Re: SPRINGS!
I agree with rzrider....the afco's are the best modification I have made. Much flatter in the corners and handles the hard hits MUCH better. All around better control inspires confidence and allows you to go faster. Only downside is a bit rougher ride at slow speeds...good thing I don't do much of that!

Re: SPRINGS!
Sorry, the AFCO's are shock/spring assemblies with resi's. If you want just springs for some extra lift and weight capability I think the HL's have been what most guys like.
Link to see the AFCO's.

Re: SPRINGS!
Are you guys running the MT1 or MT 2?
Anyone use these and a lift like the Rubberdown parts?
Thanks!

I am trying to make the same decision, resi or no?
I hear AFCO is rougher at "low speed" at what speeds do they seem rougher? Under 10mph, 20?

Re: SPRINGS!
They are definetlely a bit more firm at low speeds, probably a rough estimate would be under 20mph. I was not concerned when I ordered mine as I was looking for better mid to high speed control. Steve at makintrax is really good and if you are willing to sacrifice some high speed control for low speed comfort I am sure he can accomodate.

We have come up with a solution to the stiffer low speed. Now we can provide both worlds. suple compliant low speed and still handle the whoops and big hits like before.

Well now you have done it. I have no more excuses, looks like I need to place a call tomorrow! Now its just a matter of MT1 vs MT2
