Happy with mine so far, haven't been on a riding trip yet besides around the house. Quality is good and install is fairly easy with help from your friends!

I am very happy with this kit also. It was very easy to install. If I had another RZR I would buy this kit again for it.

Re: super atv long travel

did everybody just use the xtended axle shafts with their old cv's? or did you guys buy the set with the whole new axles.
ive got another cv going out up frt and was about ready to buy a replacement gorilla, but thats 500 bucks and that would go along way towards buying the long travel kit. would you say it is in fact about the width of a std rzr-s? i need to be careful about being too wide. ride mostly trails and therefore cant get too extreme.

Re: super atv long travel

I bought the kit with the Rino axles. The Rino axles and cv joints are larger the the stock parts.

Re: super atv long travel

install is cake, directions are a little weak but most of it is self explanetory anyway. weak points on mine (i have a very early kit) are the shock relocation brackets and the rear sway bar bolts. the sway bar itself is very tight, probably great for high speed stability but overkill for me. i have been running it without the sway bar and love it. overall it is not a high end kit with georgous welds that you want to show off to your friends, it is a practical kit that seems to be working out quite well. if i had another rzr i would absolutely not hesitate to buy a second satv kit. of the few issues i had with my early kit satv has been excelent to work with, thier customer service has been first rate. to me it all depends on what you want from a kit, there are quite a few vendors on here that sell absolutely georgous setups if you've got the cash.

Re: super atv long travel

Anyone running this with the 6 inch brackets. I talked to Turner cycles and they will still make these brackets. Just wondering about how the axles and kit handle it.
