ALBA upgrades

I spoke with the ALBA performance deptment today about what parts I will be able to buy for performance from them and when.

They were quite unhappy about the situations, the owner won't give them one of the first two to hit the floor to dig into so they won't even be able to touch a RZR till the second shipment comes which is rumored to be as late at Nov./Dec.

Since Polaris didn't chose them to be one of their "performance Partners" they didnt' get a pre production unit to work on.

Sooooooo the point here is, don't count on anything coming out of ALBA till at least 2008.

Re: ALBA upgrades

Polaris Ranger RZR King Shocks that replace the stock shocks. This King Shock Kit Includes All 4 Replacement Shocks, why would you only replace 2, when there are 4 that control the handling of your new RZR. By replacing your shock you gain aprox 1-1/2" more wheel travel, more driver control, adjustability, and rid comfort.

King Shocks is the industry leader in pure race shock technology. The strongest, highest quality materials are used with state of the art processes and highly skilled craftsman resulting in the most respected and successful pure off-road racing shocks available.
Cylinder bores are precision honed to +- .001 tolerance with a mirror finish of at least 16 RMS(most others are 8-10 RMS). These are by far the best cylinder bores in the industry. In fact, they are better then most engine bores!! Most shock manufacturers do not even hone their bores to make them round. Ask other shock companies about their bores sometime, they will probably just tell you they put a “go no go” gauge through them to see if they are good. They sacrifice quality for price because honing shock bores is very expensive.
The rod end is made from 7075 cold drawn aircraft aluminum allow for pure strength and durability for heavy reciprocating loads. This material is the best and exceeds the demands of the toughest racers today. Pistons are made from 7075 cold drawn aircraft aluminum allow as well. This process gives the extra strength needed and allows for less heat expansion at high temperatures. The piston and valving see the most heat during shock use because energy is being controlled and thus converted to heat. This material is expensive but worth the price for racers who want the best.
Features:

The Industry’s finest Polaris RZR suspension enhancement kit for off-road fun and racing performance gains.
100% bolt-on, no modifications
Adjustable ride height for larger tires and greater ground clearance
External reservoir is standard for increased handling capabilities
Each kit includes King’s own performance coil springs for the ultimate in handling and performance.
The King springs allow for a better ride on and off-road.

Billet Piggy back reservoirs are standard and positioned for better tire clearance and great looks.
The added reservoirs eliminate shock fading during constant hard suspension cycling
Each shock uses spherical bearings top and bottom for superior strength and durability.

In about 3 weeks we will have our long travel kits for the Polaris RZR completed and fully tested and tuned. We are using King Shocks and 6" longer axels, giving the RZR a 12: overall wider stance. It looks like we are going to end up a reliable 16 to 18" of travel. Keep tuned for more info on testing. You will be able to order the kit with several options (Shocks-Color-Axle Material). If you have any interest in our kits let us know right away, we already have 4 preordered. If you have any questions, please let us know. If interested we are also looking at building the A-arms out Billet. We need to see if the interest is there to invest in a Billet setup. Let us know if you are interested, and be one of the first with the best long travels suspension setups availible for the Polaris RZR!!!
