Best Shocks to get with LTE Exhaust
The suspension is stock right now, LTE is on the way. I was going to get Walker Evans shocks but LTE said they wouldn't fit due to the piggyback reservoirs. Now I am looking at the Affco MT2. I know there are others out there, I just don't know about them. Don't really want to spend more than 2k on this either. I have posted this in other forums too, any suggestions from the masses?
Thanks,
Ryan

Re: Best Shocks to get with LTE Exhaust
Ryan, I personally think you'll be hard pressed to beat the perfomance/value of the AFCO resi shocks. I know when I was looking it took me a while to make a choice, it makes your entire car perfect or O.K..

Re: Best Shocks to get with LTE Exhaust
Yeah, I have found a set for 1633 before shipping. I am really looking at those right now. Elkas seem nice but are double the price. I have heard of King shocks but can't seem to find a reseller for them.

Re: Best Shocks to get with LTE Exhaust
I originally ordered my Walker Evans from UTV Crap but had to cancel the order because they won't work. They don't list Afco shocks on their site for the RZR.

Re: Best Shocks to get with LTE Exhaust
I have the LTE duals and put the Works Performance shocks BLACK WIDOWS on the rear One jump and a line going to the remote started leaking and then they charged me 60 bucks to ship them back. That will be the last time I ever fool with them. thats just bad bussines

Re: Best Shocks to get with LTE Exhaust
You can order the walker evans shocks with remote res for the rear if you need the clearance or do like SHENEGAR said and get the new LTE 2 into 1 dual setup

Re: Best Shocks to get with LTE Exhaust
I really like the look of the dual exhaust, and it has already been shipped as far as I know. I can get different shocks to accommodate the exhaust. LTE told me that tires and wheels shouldn't be an issue with clearance either, I hope that they are correct. I am ordering SS112's with 26" Swamp Lites. I have a request in with Elka for a price quote, and talked to a distributer for Afco shocks and they can put a 90 degree on the shock body to the reservoir line so that it doesn't come close to the exhaust canister. Seems like a lot to go through for a dual exhaust setup, but I think it will be worth it in the long run.

Re: Best Shocks to get with LTE Exhaust
Really? Goddamn this exhaust is seriously incompatible with what seems like almost everything out there. I wonder if the ITP offset rims will keep the tires out of harms way.

Re: Best Shocks to get with LTE Exhaust
Elka is making Remote Reservoirs for the RZR Rear now for LTE Duals...I cut the threads off the bolt on the Rear Sway bar to keep it from gouging my canister...got the Elkas at home ready to install!!!! Good Deal on Elkas on the PRC Forum under discounts right now...
