I have a FST long travel kit and the axle does not like to stay in the front diff. It is only happening on the right hand side. Why would this be happening? Any thoughts would be helpful guys. I am driving offroad and driving pretty conservative. The front end is set-up to FST specs when it comes to toe and camber. 1/8 to 1/4 toe out and the bottom heim is screwed all the way in. It seems to me like the axle shaft is to short.

As I recall, they are the same length, if I'm correct yours (left and right) should be the same length for your LT kit.
Maybe measure up the left and right and see if they're the same length??
Is the ring (cir clip) in place on the axle splines?

Make sure the clip is not screwd up, I think if you cant find something wrong put a new clip on the end of the axle. I had a honda civic that the axle poped out of the trans twice, put a new clip on havent seen the car since.
