Wheel Spacers
Will the Sportsman 800 wheel spacers fit the RZR? They appear to be cheaper?
What are the RZR's current stock wheel offsets?
If I run 1.5" wheel spacers with stock wheel offsets will this machine fit in between the fender wells in my full size truck?

According to a post on another forum
The stock offset on the RZR is 6+2 on the rear and 4+2 on the front.
Bolt pattern: 4/156

Are there any negatives to running these? I like the look, I just don't want to hurt the strength or anything. Will they weaken the suspention?

Re: Wheel Spacers
Can anyone confirm personal experience with AND without wheel spacers? IE., if you drove yours prior to the bolt-on, was there significant impact? Also, if this applies to you, what was the spacing per wheel? Mine got tired and layed down twice this weekend. By the way, after the body work, I tightened the suspension two clicks... definite improvement.

Spacers wiil affect the leverage factor and it is my understanding that most people with spacers have to firm up the stock shock settings to compensate for this increased leverage.

Re: Wheel Spacers
That is certainly logical; more leverage: more flex. However my concern lies in lessening the tendencies to roll over. Specifically, I question the degree of added stability with only a 2 - 4% increase is width.

Re: Wheel Spacers
I've wanted to add some wheel spacers on the RZR ever since my buddy Jeremy totaled his due to a roll-over. I have been shopping around, but haven't seen any that caught my eye. I didn't want a spacer that was just a flat piece of billet and left the tire just hanging on the 4 wheel studs waiting to be sheared off! Last week I received a call from Kevin at Holz last saying he had his ready. These came in last night and here is my findings!
First off, these have a flange built into them that supports the center of the wheel and takes the load off of the lugs. Here's what they look like sticking thru the wheel. See how the center sticks thru and takes most the load! I used my stock wheel for the photo because my ITP has a hubcap and hides the center. I have no concerns of hitting a stump and shearing the lugs with these!
Here's how they look bolted up.
Ok, now for the before and after shots!
Now the rear!
Ride Review - The fist thing that I noticed, the ride seemed a little "plusher". I think mainly because the spacers changed the shock leverage point. I liked the results! if I was a heavier rider I may want to change the shock to a stiffer setting, but the current setting suits me fine.
I immediatly rode down to the lake, there's a trail near the beach that is a long rolling S curve. WOW! Normally I would roll thru there fast enogh that the wheels would start to lift. Now i can go thru much faster and it will slide thru the corners instead of starting to lift. it's much funner to ride. All in all this has been the best $250 I've spent on my RZR so far.

Re: Wheel Spacers
That's what I was looking for & it doesn't look over done. If it will slide better, then the mod is worth the effort. Thanx! From the pics, I take it that your shocks are still on the bottom settings, where mine bottomed out occassionally. I highly recomend you find that spanner wrench and play with the settings; you will smile large!

They worked great!! I thought I would need wheel spacers but you don't need them with the stock wheels. Even jumping they did great. Thanks much!

Can you post a link to where you bought these spacers?
