*ATTENTION*check your rear brake lines

i just removed my rear suspension tonight and under the lower rear shock eye the brake line runs between the shock and the lower arm. mine had some rubbing and it cut through the plastic sleveing. i also had allof the paint rubbed off of the arm and the shock from wear.

just check it out. it should be routed in a different place in my opinion.

but hey it could be just my rzr, because i drive it like a stolen rental.

I ride mine pretty hard so I checked and it looks ok. No matter how much the suspension moves, it won't pinch the brake line because there is plenty of room between the shock and the arm, at least on mine. It does look like it bounces around in there causing rub marks on the plastic housing though. Thanks for bringing that to our attention. I'll have to keep an eye on it.
