Walker Evans 16 Way Low Speed Compression Adjustable Shocks

I have both the fronts and backs on the lowest setting. (S) It will be a while before I can adjust them how I like them.

Can anybody tell me what is a good way to start or se them at.
I'll be doing 90% of my riding in the dunes.
