ok so far with my axles drivers side fall out twice ! (ALL total 35 miles) Sunday fell out 2nd time Called monday 9:07 morning said they was having trouble with the clips will send out the clips called back 12:01 am to tell them axle splines where chewed up some and would send mine back (super atv ) no problem will send another out right away ! I can charge one till you get mine and credit me?? (super atv) No need to do that sending it out now. Great!!!! Ill send mine today (Monday oct 19th sent it out $9.39) tracking showed they got it
wed. 10/21/2009 8:55 A.M. Hunt signed for it I should have mine today also then ??? Not called ( thru. oct 22 4:02 ) to get tracking #and to see where is the the clip for passenger side and the new axle ?? (super atv )yes we got yours but did not know about you needing axle but sent out the clips for you ???? WTF !!! Ask for tracking #for the clips then ?? (super atv) no # we sent the clips thru the mail !! How about the shipping $$ for me and also saw that the rear end seal needs replaced also again ( change one from the 1st time it came out) ?? can you send them also then ? (super atv) No we do not carry them nor did we sell them to you!! But your clip felled!! Am I doing your R&d work ??? It needs replaced ??? (super atv ) I can refund your $ for that axle if you want ! WTF (super atv ) I will send you a axle out and pay the shippng to you !! I work at a dirt track and we are having our fallfeast 3 day show !! Can I get it for friday ? (super atv ) Ups has already gone for the day ! When will I get it ? ( super atv ) next week some time . So i just looked in the mailbox and no clips even !! I can not wait to see what the post date will be on them. if it is monday i will get on here and say that I am sorry also!! So if I am stating anything that did not happen on here please let me know what i skipped Super Atv . i am hoping this is not something that is going to trouble me as well. My front drivers side axle slipped out and it to was the clip.... the spline looked ok to me but its at the mechanics. I was hoping to re-use the clips off the stock axle but not sure that will do it. Are there new clips and is this fixing this problem which seems to be a known issue? and is it all the clips which need to be replaced? lastly, can anyone tell me if the clips or something else can go wrong and cause more damage than just the clips.........

got the new axle today still waiting on the clips that was put in the mail last week sometime for the passenger side ? will let all know how this one works out !

it cost me one seal the 1st time and a seal and shipping the second time because of spline damage? Good luck they said they sent the clips by mail last week but still have not received them ??

[size="4"]haven't put the new set in yet, But I can tell you that the clip is larger and they put an O ring under it, Can't pussh them in by hand they fit so tight. Will try a dead blow.

I can not get mine in also I tried the dead blow can not hold it straight and hit the same time !! I just walked away before i lost it on the dam thing total joke calling them to see what i can do will post what they say still no clips for the passenger side

talked to joey they are tight but it will go I 'll just have to round up 3 or 4 guys to hold things straight and hint it with a block of wood and sledgehammer

Not to sound rude to super atv but why dont you guys just buy rhino axles from the rhino company if your not happy with super atv.. Not sure but probably save some money since its direct from manufacturer?

They have been around for a few years now. Read some of the reviews for the 4 wheeler axles they make.

That is funny 4 guys and a sledge hammer I put all 4 in had a hard time with the first one but the rest went in ok just had to call them because seemed to big to fit.But I only have an hour on them then blew the motor!!so I will see how good they are once my crank is done.

well, rhino axls. problem there is i just spent 800 on four axles, and if its just clips would rather make them work then spend more money on axles...... when i spoke to them , they said to use 3/4" orings to make them tighter if need be. I will put the clip back on and try an o ring on each, but if i cant, then i will hope just reseating the clip will have to do and will have no more problems. it seems not everyone is having this problem with there axles so hoping it was more me than the clip itself.
