Ride now dealers?

I did a site search but couldn't find anything to answer my question. I have been lurking the forums and am on the edge of buying a RZR here in Az. However, I have seen several negative remarks about Ride Now dealerships in Az. Can someone give me the low down on why they are viewed negatively? The dealer I am thinking about buying from is a Ride Now Dealership and I'd like to avoid any potential issues before I take the plunge.

If this has been discussed before, please point me to the thread(s) where I can read up on this subject. Thanks

Personally I would buy a RZR again, but given the chance to do it again I would wait for the 2009

Re: Ride now dealers?

Just for starters before you spend your hard earned money--ask the dealer @ ride now to let you drive the RZR-- I'll bet he won't-- then try to get him to adjust the 800.00 stocking/??? fee that he ads on???? and be sure to look at your purchase contract -it took them three sets of contracts to get the numbers they quoted me right on the contract and they sat there and said it just a addition mistake on their part--$3000.00????then if you want to add on any optional equipt. ask him if he has it in stock??? if not when can you pick up your RZR??? he will say 2/3 days which will turn out to be a month if your lucky--then there will still be items that you paid for that are not installed and some of your items will be installed incorrectly--plus your plastics will be damaged by the shop personel. then well I could go on & on make sure you double check all the paper work and their shop work--after I had such a problem and called and e-mailed their home office-I received 20% off all equipt. and free installation of those extras plus a 150.00 gift card-- and these are just a few of the problems I had---Ride Now has some really weird company policies--I purchased mine-paid for it and never saw it for 4/5 weeks--they said they had it in their shop installing my optional equipt. but would not let me see it---its kinda tough to spend 15,000 and never see or touch your machine for 4/5 weeks -i started wondering if they even had my RZR!!!

Re: Ride now dealers?

ride now is a corporate ownned and run company. which in their case they could give a fuck about the customer. customer service is shitty and their prices are ridicoulous.

for a new UTV you should be only paying msrp including tax and fees. call around the US. most dealers will ship your UTV. i paid $800 to have mine shipped from AL.

Re: Ride now dealers?

I agree--thay told me 10,200--then when we sat down to fill out the paperwork they added an 800.00 fee plus taxes--then they kept screwing with the paperwork and had I not checked it they would have got me for an additional 3,000 over and above the 4,000 worth of extras I had installed.(but I love my RZR)

Re: Ride now dealers?

Any personal experiences or recommendations for dealers in the Phoenix area( I am in Casa Grande)? The dealer I went to gave me a 12K otd price. It didn't seem to matter to the dealer that I will be paying in full CASH which struck me as odd as they usually come down a bit. It seems a bit high to me and I want to get a feel for what the going price is in the area. Thanks for the feedback.

Re: Ride now dealers?

I just bought my RZR last week in Rye AZ. Best deal in AZ and excellent customer service. In my opinion I would buy from a trusted dealer.

If you don't mind me asking, what was your OTD price?

Thanks. Was this from a Ride Now dealership? Did you get hit with the 800.00 fee mentioned in the post above?

Re: Ride now dealers?

If you are near Phoenix, go to iron City Polaris. Its near 59th ave and Van Buren. Looks like a Tractor dealer, but they sell Polaris as well. GREAT guys, excellent service, best dealer prices I have found, and they are great with service items.
I can call them and tell them whats broke, they'll order the parts and call me for the install when the parts are in. Saves me alot of trips and gas.

Thanks. Sent them a request for a quote, lets see what they say the OTD price is.

Try searching for "first service" at prc.

Ride Now charges 500.00 for a ten hour service that includes "adjusting the values" which isn't even possible. They installed the air filter without a hose clamp and completely blew me off when I complained that it had sucked dust. They said I had buyers remorse. Nope just dealer remorse.

Don't walk away from any Ride Now dealer. Run like hell!

Eli
