Eastern Racing

I Just Missed The Sc Race But Hope To Attend The Rest Of The Gncc Races. I Just Raced A Mideast Interstate Race This Weekend But Got Beat By A Tree. We Were In The Lead With Clear Sailing And Just Tagged A Tree, And Broke The Steering. Does Anyone Know Of Any Other Org. That Have A Utv Class. I Hope That It Picks Up Like It Has On The West Coast. I Would Rather Do More Of A Motocross Type Track Than Gncc But I Guess We Have To Take What We Can Get. I Am Tearing My Rzr Down Now To Try To Get Ready To Race The Mod Class. It Will Be Alot Of Work But It Will Be Worth It. Everyone Keep Your Eyes And Ears Open And Lets Work Together To Bring More Racing To This Side Of The World.

Re: Eastern Racing

was this the race in tennessee?

i wanted to race but heard it was narrower than the gncc track...
i bought a tree there....couldnt get back together in time for tn though....need a little welding/fab work and my head man is on vacation .....but didnt matter need tie rods which polaris doesnt sell...have to by complete rack....if i have to do that it will be a gear one.........but having the guys at werks racing(a buddy of mine) get me some heavy duty tie rods....we talked a leading suspension manufacture in to making us some in stock length.....

iwould love to see more motorcross type tracks also.....but then again that would just cause me to buy a lt kit.....then i would have to switch bak and forth for the gncc.......
way to narrow course in sc for lt....

Re: Eastern Racing

yes the track was super narrow. they took around one lap to see if we could fit and had to re rout the course. i hope that this catches on. i hate racing in the woods but if all we got its all we got. i also broke my steering stem. i was in the lead though... would of could of should of.... lets all just keep looking and talking maybee one day we will be racing on a track like they are out west. then we all will have to go take out a loan to build a 40k utv. but wtf it will be fun... lets keep this one going until we get some answers.
