Texas UTV MX Race!!! June 9th 2008

we have been racing side x sides in the Houston area for the last few months, have 2 races this weekend july 12 at 290 mx night race and sunday at Highlands mx park, had six sxs at last race!!!!!

Very cool !! we had 5 in the that race and should have more like 7 on the next go around 7-20 , we have been picked up by the TQRA quad racing association ,so they have added a UTV class for us. for now we are running stock and mod in together till we get more people racing.
it is a blast!!!!

have 2 races this weekend the one on sunday will pay 100.00 to win 50 for second

Is there a listing of the races that are going on in the Houston area. I would have gone to the race up near Dallas last month, but I had a few things arise. I would really like to get into racing though. If there is a listing or something like that, so that I could know when then next race is coming up.

TQRA.com has a schedule of races on their site. GCQRA is the houston group and the website is GQCRA.com. I wanted to make the Three Palms race a few weeks ago, but had to stay home. Maybe I will get to come down for one of the GCQRA races soon!

there will be a utv race at Barnwell MTN on sept 6 its a xcountry event!! a 1 hour loop it will be fun!
also the gcqra.com has a series down here in the houston area, its been going great!!!

For sure man, We would love to see you out at the track with us. I am thinking about trying to setup a track day with North40 in Denison for sometime after the first of the year. We are pretty busy up here with the holidays coming up and I know everyone else has tons of stuff to do also. You guys think late January would be a good time to have a track day? That gives us enough time to set it up and everyone else time to get their RZR's together.
