Harness for women

Ok so don't shoot me down Is there a company who makes 4 point harnesses or harnesses at all for women? This is a legit' question when you think about it, the ones I have seen from researching dont fit a women's chest & are uncomfortable in that area.
All input is welcome & appreciated, just please keep it clean

I will personally volunteer to sit in the back of the rzr and keep you in the rzr. I am the only seat belt on the market that offers a neck rub and chest rub as well. I promise my hands...err I mean "seat belts" will not cause any discomfort. Disclaimer it may cause some severe discomfort to your significant other.

Re: Harness for women

I would recommend getting 3" shoulder straps to help spread the load (especially if there ever needed) ,you can also find adjustable sternum straps that hold the shoulder straps in a particular position that will be the least uncomfortable for her, also as my large chested girlfriend found, its really choosing the proper bra she tried out a couple different styles and finally found one she was comfortable with with the 5 points. Proper restraint in an accident means compromise in comfort, which is why the crotch strap is so important ,to keep lap belt at hip/waist level so your organs don't take hit in an accident ,you might remind her ,we dont love a crotch strap in an accident either, but its a live saver. Just a few months ago my friends girl friend did not tighten shoulder straps as "it's not comfortable" probably not as painful as the 3 broken ribs ,busted teeth , facial lacerations ,and collapsed lung she got from improper restraint in her low speed " I'm just gonna put around accident"

A long time ago there was a long thread about this topic there was lots of good info. My wife has a set of nice one's and the Pro Armor harness work great for her.

Re: Harness for women

women use the same harness's, its the skeletal structure and organs that restraints are designed to control/limit damage of,and those soft padded fuzzy shoulder belt cushions will help her comfort a lot

Re: Harness for women

I've never seen racing belt specifically designed for women in my many years on various auto-racing circuits. Like mentioned above a 3" belt may not "dig in" as much as a narrower belt due to a larger force distribution area. Also many manufacturers have sewn in padding options and I have used Simpson slip -over velcro retained pads in the early days. In fact, I may have a set (black in color) lying in a storage room (for 3" shoulder harness but may work on a 2") that I'll give you. I can check tomorrow. I'll post tomorrow if you are interested. Heck, I think I may have a set of 5pt restraints in the basement of my bus that I'll give away for you to try. I guess I need to go "geocaching" in my storage shed for relics from a past life! LOL

Na' that was just funny & I have a sence of humour,

I am also a female I can stick with the stock belts I guess, they are ok except they cut my neck & end up under my arm on the right side when I drive, even when they are adjusted down to the last hole, as I am only 5'4" so thats part of the problem. Appreciate all the help
