Re: Best Seat Harness and why?!

The best one is the one you buy and install ASAP, adjust them properly, and everyone in the car puts them on all the time. We have UTV inc. in our car. IMO, it's the first thing you should do to your RZR. If safety is your primary concern take the next step, wear a helmet and tell everyone to keep their hands/arms inside the car at all times.

Ouch, so sad to see something like this happen. Strap in, put on a helmet, keep your hands inside the car. I know I sound like a broken record.

I couldn't agree more. It's harness up or no ride and I tell everyone to "keep your hands/arms inside" every time they sit in it and I don't care who doesn't like people like me who are always preaching safety.

Re: Best Seat Harness and why?!

After watching videos and reading posts, I'm sold on getting some.

I have an xp4 and want to get harnesses for just the front two seats. I have been reading numerous posts about with the stock seats having to get additional bar or pass through for comfort.

Anybody out there that feels harnesses on stock seats are just fine? Or just to uncomfortable?

Dragonfire Harness's and Seat Bezels are the best way to roll. $109-119ea plus $25ea bezel.

Best Seat Harness and why?!

I purchased these harnesses, but was curious if anyone has added the seat slots for them as well. Was debating on the 2 types in the pictures. Guess I was concerned if the single slot would come out too close to the neck area and not as much the shoulder. I know it probably varies though with each person, depending on height/size. Any feedback much appreciated!!

Re: Best Seat Harness and why?!

Thanks for the reply! I'm 6'3" as well and my gf is 5'8", so wasn't sure if it would make a major difference in rider size. I guess from your post, it works well either way. Yeah I debated with 2" and 3" harness, and just went with 3". Guess I'll find out if it works well for me. What was the reason you switch? Jus curious what the difference is? Just less bulky and more comfortable?
Thanks man!!

3" was just to bulky for her and once we found that out I remembered I had 2" in my other rzr and liked them better then the 3".

Re: Best Seat Harness and why?!

Have you by chance ever installed a heater in yours? That was my next upgrade. Thinking about going with an under the hood model. I know it doesn't allow for the Polaris wiper, but I'm getting an enclosure later on that the wiper is from the top.

Haha funny you ask I'm installing one right now, I am putting in the under hood from motoalliance, it is pretty straight forward install, I don't think it will work with the Polaris wiper though, I just have a manual wiper on a ryfab glass windshield. I just got the Polaris upper doors hopefully going out Saturday to see how it all works will be in the 20s here
