Re: Trailer Size

utility trailer, I know polaris states its 60.5" wide, is that at the wheels? Im on a budget so cant spend big bucks on a fancy huge trailer, so looking for the smallest possible trailer I can find that will work

Re: Trailer Size

I have a 50 inch stock RZR and it fits on a 6x10ft flatbed just fine so for your S I would think a 6x12 would work OK. A 6x10 might work if you allow a little overhang on the front. I've had three different flatbeds for different uses and it has been my experience that whatever I figured would work after living with it I always wanted it just a little bigger. I currently also have a 6x18 that holds two quads crossways and my RZR straight on from the back and while it fits two more feet would be a little easier. Just my 2c, Gerry

I have a Sport Club atv trailer(model UT1866). It's 66"X96" and has an 1800 LBS capacity. I have to trailer my '09 Rzr S backwards to avoid having the trailer sway. Other than that...I love it. It tows like a dream and doesn't take up much room on my property.

Here's a link to there site...just click on the atv section...

Re: Trailer Size

A tape measure will give you the best answer-5 1/2 X 10 would be minimum in my opinion. You can get it on 8 ft like CanuckRzrS says but pretty tight. You would like the 10 much better. Measure the actual deck of the trailers when you go shopping. Like Roach said - a little bigger is better. If you can , at least get it wider than you need , allowing more wheel options that might have wider offset. If your looking at enclosed then you need bigger and height is also an issue.

Re: Trailer Size

That looks a little tight, do you go out the side door? How do you tie it down?

Re: Trailer Size

Tie it down? Why do I need to do that? Just let it roll around in there, that's why I got the enclosed trailer! Hahaha Just kidding.

I just realized that pic was right after I bought the trailer and I pulled the rzr in to see how it looked. I installed e-track and use tire bonnet tie downs as seen in this picture:

Re: Trailer Size

Not that tight to get out, I just slide past it and go out the back or side door. It works nice for fueling on the trailer too, the fuel cap is right at the side door when I pull up to the pump.
