Kind of a fun thread for everyone to post up new stuff they have done to their RZR-S. I'll start off. Post up pics if you want or just say what ya did. Big or small projects, don't matter!
It wasn't today but a week ago I put on my Makin Trax springs, love the ride!
Yeah those springs are awesome. The last thing I did was buy the utv crap headset holder...Now I have a good place to put my rugged radio headsets. Before it was cumbersome to have them lying around.
Mounted ram mount for garmin 60 csx... loaded maps on it for windrock trails.... then will be loadn the S for its last trip to Windrock before I sell it Monday.:ride::ride::ride:
You sound like my brother. Lol if you enjoy it,it's worth every penny, who gives a chit, what ever you get someone's going to come out with something better. You can bet on it. Look at the bright side, you'll almost be able to keep up with me in my 570. :rofl3::rofl3::rofl3:
Looks great, ricko! I just ordered my Makin Trax progressive springs today. Now I just have to wait for them to be shipped to Canada. Gonna get some HID's for it also....
Since my Rzr S is away for the winter, I put the battery on the trickle charger to top it up today. C'mon spring...opcorn:
Added UTV INC> HID headlight kit today. Progressive Springs last week and waiting for SSV overhead Stereo System, but that will be for another day. I just love adding things. Big Dave:ride:
Doing a fuse block / grounding block / adding 5 spst switches ,face plate, doing a 30" light bar , couple of amber duallys , whip light , horn , front gussets to the roll cage supports , dam where does this stop opcorn:
This week I finished installing the Makin Trax springs (with rear re-valve). Last week I installed a Pre filter between the seats. The week before that I added two vert bars behind the driver/passenger on the cage and installed a quick disconnect for the lighted whip. Sunday I'll finish putting the belts back on and then I'll just sit there and stare at it until the 22nd when I get to ride it again.
Ok so I got 2 of the 4 cleaned will be back tonight to install the SSV 4 speak overheads on two of them. Have a sliding seat adapter to put on the wifes and then add her DFR harness to hers as well.
Have the new rims in for the 170 but dont have the tires just yet.
Added a Glacier II mount and plow, Makin Trax Progressive Springs, and the Can Am bellows. Love the ride with the springs, the plow works fine so far, and the bellows, well, no more melting vent lines! This was installed about 2 weeks ago. No more is planned for now!
ouch , just did an insurance job on a RZR that did the same thing , the insurance comp paid out 4 k in damage repairs. looks almost like the same damage.
Shouldn't be that much. I'll take it up to Pro Armor (a 30 minute drive) to get the door repaired or replaced. The fender flares aren't that spendy. The biggy is the cage. I might have to take it off and have powder coating redone. If I do that, it might be time for an Akimbo cage.
Scott, Nasty elbow flesh removal......How did it get so mangled with the doors protecting your arms? Thought that was one of the benefits of the doors to protect your limbs :rollfinger:
