Pictures of ball joints blown out top

Original post:
blowing the balls out the top of the ball joints --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I replaced all the ball joints with allballs 300 miles ago. 2 weeks ago noticed i had blown the ball out the top of the upper ball joint. replaced again. Today found both front uppers had blown the balls out the top of the ball joints. whats up?
Heard/read stock joints are good for only 2 hours in race situations.
Read about erlandson making better ball joints
not worth the money in my opinion.
any other options? Solutions?
Anyone retrofit automotive pinch type ball joints on RZRS arms?

Now I have picture except for the fix. Welded/miged 2 same diameter washers on top of each balljoint. This to prevent them from blowing out and allow them to wear out naturally. Pressed on sheet metal cap is all that keeps joint from coming apart the way it is put together.
Will this work time/saturdays ride will tell. Will update
Any suggestions?
Whats the next weakest link?

2007 HMF customized Revolt (exhaust, fuel controller, wrap, bumpers and narrowed suspension set up for GNCC racing). Now with full hand controls, separate braking, RZR-S wheels, 2:1 steering quickener and Unisteer electric power steering.

Well after the tornado hit the polaris dealer last weekend and I advised him a couple days later this is a poor design he told me they were 46 bucks each. After I asked for a 10% discount he told me to just take them. Guess he was in a bad mood and was tired of getting beat up.
I got 4 alllballs ones for 120 when I replaced them all.
Will check the bump stops on the shocks. Pretty sure they are intact.
Would the Makin Trax springs help this?
Stock front is way softer than rear.

Pics of my other new toy!!! Last one shows new wheels and no more boy racer wing

Re: Pictures of ball joints blown out top

I found the stock one's for 20 bux a piece so it looks like the EPI are a little more than double the price of stock.I found the all balls one's but couldnt find them for a rzr. They are only about 10 bux a piece more than the stock one's and look alot stronger and have a good boot but no grease fitting I could see.
