C-Clip Eliminator?
Ive never seen inside the S differentials, is there room for a C-Clip Eliminator setup? or do these axles actually attach some different crazy way?
Im peeved at Polaris at the moment, my new S with less than 10 hours on the clock has already spit the left side rear shaft out of the carrier

Re: C-Clip Eliminator?
what is a c-clip eliminator?
The early 2009 RZR-S had a machining error in the diff that let the c-clip pop out too easy.

Re: C-Clip Eliminator?
what is a c-clip eliminator? Strange Safety Hubs C-Clip Eliminators - SummitRacing.com Basically, its a device that deletes the C-Clip retainer and uses a better solution to keep the axles in place. |

Re: C-Clip Eliminator?
hmm,, I don't think there would be room for those, but I don't know... Interesting idea if they are compatible.

Re: C-Clip Eliminator?
I dont see how this would work on the RZR diff, there is very little room between the diff and the CV joint, no place to bolt these to and how would you slide the bearing over the spline. These appear to be just an extra bearing on the outside that is pressed against the spline and stops it from sliding out. Great ide but do not see how it could work for our application.

Re: C-Clip Eliminator?
Those just keep the axle on a car style rear end from spitting out when the axle twists off inside the housing. Different than how the rzr is setup.
