CATVOS 3" lift for RZR-S

Anyone using this lift on their "S"? If so, any problems or issues? This is the only 3" lift I have seen for the "S", maybe there is a reason why everybody else is just 2".

Re: CATVOS 3" lift for RZR-S

I have not decided to buy the 3" or just get the 2", I am just curious why the other lift builders do not offer 3". I will be running the stock Big Horns until they need to replaced.

Re: CATVOS 3" lift for RZR-S

there are several 3" lifts out there such as rocktek and extreme. most of them are pretty similar. by judging the price of the catvos compared to their other lifts, i would guess its about the same design as the other 3" lifts. i myself bought the 2" racertech because i thought it was a very high quality product especially for the price.

i think at 3" you will get binding on your cv joints at full droop, when you jump or the wheels come off the ground ,i have the 2" racer tech on mine no issues

Re: CATVOS 3" lift for RZR-S

I heard the stance gets more narrow with the Racer Tech 2" lift. Is this true?

Re: CATVOS 3" lift for RZR-S

Yes, that's true, but I would think any lift would result in a narrower stance. Maybe an inch or so each side. Mine got narrower...non S RZR.

Re: CATVOS 3" lift for RZR-S

I did buy the 3" lift from CATVOS and installed it on my "S". I am currently using the holes for 2 inches of lift, but may go with the 3" position when my springs start sagging. So far so good, no binding.

Do you have any pictures of the lift installed? I just ordered the 3" also from them.

Re: CATVOS 3" lift for RZR-S

I cant seem to get the front right. The arms and axle bind and wont even go low enough for me to get the shock back on? Any ideas?

Re: CATVOS 3" lift for RZR-S

Just installed the 3" Catvos lift today. ArmyRZR, I had the same problem you did and i called Catvos and they told me you have to get a ratchet strap and attach one end to the a-arm and the other end around the top of the shock and you can compress it that way. Wasn't bad after they told me that.
