I'm Going to order an HID kit But I can't find the buld size or # anywhere?
Can someone help me out?

If you mean the stock headlight bulb it's an 880.

yes sir. plug and play, if you look on the right of that page, it says options, then you click wattage, BULB TYPE, and color choice. in the bulb type click 880. thats the size for the rzr.

Are you planning to use a relay to switch on the ballasts or trust that the thin Rzr harness supplies enough current to fire up the HID's? If you use a relay then don't bother worrying about "plug & play" since you will be cutting into the wiring to insert the relay.

Some HID retrofits are advertised as "plug & play" but they don't have the correct connector on the power side to connect to the Rzr harness. Most kits are "universal" and come with with an adapter pigtail. It's not really MY definition of plug & play if you have to use an adapter pigtail to mate the 2 different connectors (but it's still better than cut/splice connections).

If you get a kit with the wrong connector on the power end it's easy to push the pins out using a thin pick or jewelers screwdriver. Then just use their connector on the end of the Rzr harness. The pins are the same--only the connector shell is different.

The place I got mine from said no I did not need a relay.
And if I was not 110% happy he would buy them back from me.
They should be on my door step today after work. I will let everyone know how it goes!!!

Yep you don't NEED a relay but the HIDs need more starting current than regular bulbs and the tiny harness wires mean sometimes one bulb won't fire. I didn't use a relay and the 'problem' doesn't bother me too much.
