2013 S Homemade Bumper

Well I picked my rzr s up in november (love it) and finally hit 25 hours so time to change all the break in oils and make me a bumper while I was at it, and also installed EMP A-Arm guards. I now know to take the skid plate off when changing transmission and transfer case oils!! After draining the transfer case I was installing the drain plug back in and it must of went in a little sideways, ended up stripping the transfer case drain had to run around find a similar bolt and i drilled and tapped it to the next size up and threw some tread tape on it. What a day, hopefully its fixed hasnt leaked yet. But anyways heres my homemade bumper out of 1.5" tubing. Waiting for some warmer weather here in ohio im thinking about painting it orange. What you guys think? Ill also get some more pictures of it also including a-arm guards, tusk rear window, emp roof, ssv work back add on with pyle amp (nice set up) and also my custom door nets that i think everyone will like!!

Good lookin' bumper, Ternasky. And yes, it would look really good in matching orange, IMO.

BTW, for your next, and future, lube-changes, you might want to use a Vacuum Oil Extractor; no need to pull the skid-plate or drain-plugs. My two-bits.......

Cheers

What part of OHIO? There is a local powdercoater here in Canton that is very reasonable and it will last a 100 times longer. Im actaully send taking a set of door polaris brand door skims for a rzr to him today for a two tone coating.
