RDC 2" Lift Kit 2013 RZR 800 S LE

Just got my Rubber Down Customs 2" Lift Kit installed on our 2013 RZR 800 S LE.. Very easy to install and very solid product. Only took about an hour to install..

I am running stock springs on the Fox shocks right now with no pre-load, waiting for the spring to start sagging before I order some progressive or dual rate upgrade springs..

With the RDC 2" lift our RZR now has 14.5" clearance up front and 13.5" clearance in the rear.

We are running the stock 26" bighorns right now. Later on we plan on getting a set of 28" Terminators for it.

Here is a write-up I did on the lift:

I haven't had any problems with the lift since day 1.

No binding here.. Only ran it for about 30 min today in trails by the house. Next weekend we will get it out for a real test ride.. I will give some feedback of what I think of the lift then..

Could you get a picture from the side? I want to see how much it clears the OEM Bighorns.

How is the stock clutch doing turning those bad boys? Did you notice any loss power?
Have u had a chance to get them in to the wild yet? The reason I ask is that is the exact same set up I'm gonna go with. Lol. !

Stock clutch is fine with these tires,, RZR in low range is really low! In high range i did notice alittle power loss.. But a simple clutch kit will fix that.

Yea I got it out by the house in some trails yestarday,, nothing special just getting the feel of the new lift and tires.. So far they are very smooth ride for mud tires,,, they are nothing like my friends with LAWS or BACKS.. Much smoother ride..

Didnt find any mud yesterday,, but did a couple steep hill climbs and it walked up with no problems at all..

Re: RDC 2" Lift Kit 2013 RZR 800 S LE

My 2011 800s sits the same height as him with the stock sach and 2inch racer tech lift. So I'm guessing he did gain a bit with the new rubber n rims.

Yes the stock big horn tires measure true at 26" tall and these new tires measure true as well at 29.5" high.. So i gained 1.75" in hieght just from the tires..

That is very hard to believe,, unless you have 29" or larger tires?? Any pictures of your machine?

Mine stock had 12" of ground clearance in front and 11" on rear hitch... Now with the RDC 2" lift and 29.5 Terminator tires my ground clearance is 17.5" in front and 16" out back...

I very seriously dought you have this much ground clearance with "sachs shocks and 2" lift" on stock tires.. If you do I would love to see it..
