Complete Long Travel Kit - LIMITED TIME PRICING! Here's a complete long travel kit for your standard RZR 08-09'. This kit comes complete with pre-tuned King Shocks our custom Summers Brothers 4340/4340 Axle Shafts, Stainless Braided Brake Lines and all the neccessary hardware and instructions. We're quite sure you won't find a better price for a long travel kit, and we're POSITIVE you find ANYTHING of this quality for anywhere NEAR this price. So turn your standard RZR into a RZR S today! If your thinking about buying a RZR S, don't bother with the crappy shocks and A-arms that come with it. It would cost less money to buy a standard RZR and put this complete aftermarket kit on. Racer Tech strikes again!

Not to burn your sell, the kit definitely looks awesome, but on the "S" model you get the extra support bar in the back, the High Output motor with high flow header (no need for an after market one because its already at its full potential), the better looking Graphics, the new air filter system, the brackets to tie down things in the bed, the bracket to mount your whip, the Bighorn tires and the nice aluminum rims... and by the way the crappy A-arms and Shocks work for what I need it for... see the my profile pic?

i guess im not sure what your point is. Most here are aware of what the differences are between a regular RZR and the S model. We have both here. The S arms and Fox podium shocks aren't cut out what a lot of our customers use them for. In my opinion they are worth upgrading if you are racing. Just stating my opinion

Get the best of both worlds. Buy an S. Put this kit on it for $3820. (use your stock S axles, they are bigger and stronger than regular rzr CVs). Then sell your S suspension with the kit axle shafts for 2500. total cost $ 1320. Not bad for beefy arms and better shocks!

Couple ?s Do you know the weight difference in these arms compared to Standard S arms?

Did you change the geometry of the arms at all from the stock S arms? I really like how the stock S handles.

I will admit that my stock S suspension feels pretty dang good and I ride pretty hard.

Same geometry is retained, just a stronger arm. I am not sure of the weight differences, ill see if i can find out. I will agree the S suspension is a vast improvement over regular RZR's. Check out Austin here launching an S with factory suspension -

Im curious why you guys went with square tube rather than round. Are these mig or tig welded? What material are they made from.

I can't speak for the specific reasoning of the manufacturer Racer Tech but square is stronger as the same size round, and i think it is easier to fabricate with.. plus all of the others on the market are either round tube or plate steel.. i like the look of these myself.. and i like the whole idea of using square tube vs. round like all of the others. These are Mig welded.
