RZR Motor Mount Brace
RZR Tech found out the hard way that the factory engine mounting system is completely insufficient. In a hard roll over it is highly likely a piece of the engine casing will rip right out of the block. Once this happens the engine needs to be completely disassembled down to the bare cases. Then the casting must be thoroughly cleaned and prepped before it must be professionally welded back together. We recommend this motor mount brace to anyone as cheap insurance protection so this doesn't happen to you. This brace acts as a third mount off of the cylinder head. It adds support from a direction the OEM’s never thought to include. This third mount does very little to support the engine while the machine is in the upright position, which allows the original setup to work as designed, but in the event of a roll over this tie rod style design helps stabilize the motor from flexing too far in its original rubber mounts which in-turn causes the casing to break off. This kit requires two holes to be drilled through one of the box support tubes. Kit comes complete with Red powder coat, all necessary hardware and instructions.

Re: RZR Motor Mount Brace
To drill the holes it looks like it.
Removing the bed should be one of those things a RZR owner has to know how to do like pooping and peeing.

Re: RZR Motor Mount Brace
The bed is about 3 minutes, it's all the stuff above it on mine that is a PIA.

Re: RZR Motor Mount Brace
We haven't run into any issues yet. Should it not clear with your setup we have no problems accepting a return.

Re: RZR Motor Mount Brace
I will get my exhaust first and then order this along with some other stuff.
