have you sold many of the tops ? How about the wiring, is it all routed into some type of connection ? where does it exit the top ? What is the over all thickness of the top ?

This top at this price is a very good deal.. I've seen a couple of them on the trails with the light racks. Even though I hate the light rack the top itself is pretty slick. By the time you buy a roof, Radio, 4 speakers and speaker pods your better off with this.. Just the polaris overhead speaker pod with two speakers is 400 bucks another 150 for a smaller roof then yous till need a radio.

We have literally sold upwards of 1000 of these tops. They are a great way to get some shade and have all of your stereo equipment self contained. The power wire and ground come out of the left rear corner. You can route it down the roll cage and straight to the battery. Some guys install a master switch so they can turn power off for storage. The top varies in thickness but you can get a good feel for its dimensions in the photos on our site.

any idea on the weight of the entire setup without the light rack? I have been kicking around the ideas of adding a stereo system to my RZR...but ever time I'm at the dunes, I seem to spend about as much time in the air as I do with the tires on the sand, so the last thing I want to do is add a few hundred pounds to the machine, especially at the top of the roll cage.

The top without lights comes in around 36lbs give or take a couple. It's not enough to make your machine unstable or handle weird.
